Sytem startup fails
I have a Toshiba Satellite with Vista Ultimate and when i start it up it asks wether i want to run windows as normal or to run startup repair. when i run it as normal it just restarts and when i run startup repair it runs and then says "windows cannot repair this computer automatically" and then opens up the system recovery options. is their any way to fix this problem i have recently ran the installation disk because of similar problems and now i'm having the same problems and wish to make it end for good.
